Country Cabins began operations in 1994 in Keaau, Hawaii, building small cabins, gazebos, storage sheds and decks. While Joe Finkey is not a licensed contractor, his business is registered and certified by the State of Hawaii. He follows safety and building codes, from permit to final, having built his own home and one for his son. He brings rentals up to Section Eight standards.
